The Chapter Board of Directors (BOD) is elected by the membership at the annual meeting. The Chapter President-elect selects the Committee Chairperson assignments. Once installed in their respective offices, the Chapter Directors and Committee Chairpersons serve until their successors are duly elected, or appointed, and installed.
